Main activity of the Company LEONA NEKRETNINE d.o.o. is real estate brokerage which includes brokerage services in:
• purchases
• sales
• replace
• rent / lease
all types of real estate (flats, houses, land, business premises).
SERVICES FOR SELLERS AND LANDLORDS / LESSORS
include preparing descriptions, taking photos of the property, checking the necessary documentation and updating or completing it if necessary, advertising on portals and websites, viewing the property and negotiating with potential buyers /tenants /lessees, preparing contract proposals for sales /renting /leasing, and notarizing the contract with a notary public.
SERVICES FOR BUYERS/TENANTS/LESSEES
include finding and visiting the desired property according to your specifications, checking the property documentation and negotiating the legal buying /renting /leasing transaction, preparing the contract proposal, and notarizing the contract with a notary public.We also perform the service of registering real estate with the competent land registry court on behalf of the client, as well as registering the Principal as a new customer with the utility service providers.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
At the request of our clients, we are able to offer additional services connected to real estate in cooperation with our attorney’s office, architects, court experts, certified real estate appraisers, certified surveyors, cleaning services or other partners whose services are required.
LEONA NEKRETNINE d.o.o. the authorized real estate broker is registered in the Register of Authorized Brokers of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, and is a signatory to the Code of Ethics for Real Estate Brokers.
We are entered in the Register of authorized real estate agents under number 162/2019.
OTHER SERVICES
OTHER SERVICES that we can perform at the request of the Client in cooperation with the Law Office with which we cooperate:
• drawing up a pre-contract on the legal transaction for which the Mediation Contract was concluded
• registration of property rights with the competent land registry court and in other public registers
register with the utilities companies the customer as a new user of the services
• other legal services necessary for the sale and purchase process
